Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through Stripe for all package purchases, advance payments and additional services. Stripe is a secure third-party payment processor that handles card and payment information. We may offer PayPal as an optional backup where specified.
2. Currency & Billing
- All prices and invoices are issued in USD.
- Exchange rates and bank conversion fees (if applicable) are borne by the client.
- Invoices are payable according to the terms stated in the Project Proposal.
3. Payment Schedule – Standard
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment schedule is:
- 60% Advance — payable before work starts
- 40% Final Payment — payable after final delivery and approval
4. How to Pay
Clients receive a secure Stripe payment link or invoice. Steps:
- Click the Pay 60% Advance button on the invoice or package page.
- Complete Stripe checkout using available methods.
- On success, Stripe sends confirmation and MGE begins work.
5. Invoicing & Receipts
Stripe issues payment receipts automatically. MGE can provide invoices upon request showing paid and outstanding amounts.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clients should contact MGE before filing disputes or chargebacks.
7. Recurring Payments & Subscriptions
Monthly management services may use recurring Stripe billing. Billing terms are shared during onboarding or in the Project Proposal.
8. Security & Privacy
Payment data is processed securely by Stripe. MGE does not store raw card details. Learn more at Stripe Security.
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the Client will be notified and work may be paused until successful payment is received.
