Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of digital services by Minnat Global Exim (“MGE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”). By purchasing services, paying any advance, or otherwise engaging MGE, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed with the order or payment.
1. Services Covered
We provide a range of digital services including but not limited to: Website (WordPress) development, Google Ads setup & strategy, Facebook/Instagram Ads setup, graphic design, video creative production, and monthly digital management (“Services”). Individual package details and scope are defined on each package page and confirmed in the project proposal or invoice.
2. Project Proposal & Acceptance
Before work begins, MGE will share a Project Proposal or Order Confirmation outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. The Project Proposal (when accepted by the Client either in writing or by payment of the advance) forms the binding agreement between parties and is subject to these Terms.
3. Price & Payment Terms
- All prices displayed on the website are presented in USD.
- Payment terms are 60% advance to start work and 40% on final delivery and approval, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Payments are processed through Stripe (or other agreed processors). Client bears transaction fees unless agreed otherwise.
- MGE will not begin work until the required advance is received.
4. Changes, Revisions & Extra Work
Project scope is defined in the Project Proposal. Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
5. Delivery & Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on client content and approvals. MGE is not responsible for delays caused by the Client.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide required content and access in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to reviews and approvals.
- Ensure legal rights to provided content.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the Client, excluding third-party assets and MGE proprietary tools.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information.
9. Refunds, Cancellation & Non-Completion
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Liability & Indemnity
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services. No indirect or consequential damages.
11. Third-Party Services & Accounts
Client is responsible for third-party accounts, charges and compliance with their terms.
12. Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: New Delhi, India.
14. Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond reasonable control.
15. Changes to These Terms
MGE may update these Terms periodically.
