Service Delivery Policy
Effective Date: 2025 · Minnat Global Exim (MGE)
Purpose
This policy explains how MGE delivers digital services, expected timelines, revision limits, delivery formats, communication channels, and post-delivery support. It ensures transparency between MGE and Clients.
1. Delivery Method
All services are delivered digitally. Deliverables include website files, admin access (WordPress), design files (PNG, JPG, SVG), ad graphics (PNG/JPG), video files (MP4), and analytics/reporting dashboards. Where applicable, hosting, domain or cPanel access details will be provided.
2. Timelines
Project timelines vary by package and scope. Standard estimates:
- Basic Website Package: 5–7 days
- Standard Digital Package: 7–12 days
- Premium Branding Package: 10–20 days
- Ads Launch Package: 15–30 days
- Monthly Digital Management: Monthly cycle (30 days)
Timelines assume timely content, approvals and credentials from the Client. Final timelines are confirmed in the Project Proposal.
3. Revisions & Acceptance
Each package includes limited design revisions as stated in the Proposal. After final delivery, Clients have a review period (typically 7 days) to request minor changes. Major revisions are billed separately.
4. Handover & Access
After final payment, MGE provides access credentials and final files. Clients are responsible for credential security and should change passwords after handover.
5. Hosting, Domain & SSL
If included, domain/hosting is provisioned in the Client’s name where possible. SSL is installed for HTTPS security. If Client-managed, MGE assists with DNS and setup.
6. Communication & Project Management
Communication occurs via WhatsApp, Email and Google Meet. Clients must provide timely feedback to meet schedules.
7. Post-Delivery Support & Maintenance
Support terms depend on the package. Monthly Management includes ongoing support. Extended maintenance is available via paid plans.
8. Quality & Acceptance Criteria
Deliverables are tested for functionality, responsiveness and basic SEO. Acceptance is provided in writing upon meeting Proposal objectives.
9. Backup & Ownership
Standard backups are taken before major updates. Ownership transfers upon full payment, subject to third-party license terms.
10. Exceptions
Delays caused by third parties or late Client actions are excluded from delivery obligations. Timelines will be revised with notification.
